Fortior Technology, a leading provider of motor control solutions, proudly announced the launch of the FU6861, an innovative dual-core motor control chip designed for applications requiring high speed, efficiency, and reliability.
FU6861 integrates an 8051-microcontroller core with a dedicated Motor Engine (ME), offering a powerful platform for sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). By combining a low-dropout regulator (LDO) and a 6N pre-driver in a single chip, FU6861 provides a compact and cost-effective solution for a wide range of uses.
The short FOC cycle time of 5.6 µs allows even time-critical applications to be implemented without any problems.
FU6861 has already received industry recognition and contributes to advancing the development of high-performance motor control chips. With its advanced technology and high level of integration, the chip enables manufacturers to design powerful and energy-efficient products that meet growing market demands.
A corresponding evaluation board is available for quick evaluation. Fortior provides a free toolchain for programming the MCU.
