Good response from the first joint seminar of switching power Testlab Phoenix, Würth Elektronik, Power Integrations and MEV Elektronik
On 15.01.09 is the first switching power supply seminar, which Phoenix Testlab, Würth Elektronik, Power Integrations and MEV Elektronik, was held.
Background of the seminar was to provide customers with a broad knowledge about the independent design of a switching power supply to convey. The cooperation of the individual companies was the key to success for the participants fully informed.
The seminar was held in Blomberg in the buildings of Phoenix Testlab performed. Phoenix Testlab was at the seminar, therefore, useful information on standards and guidelines, FCC guidelines and electrical security. Würth Elektronik has the participants of the seminar with important information on the design of the transformer and the EMC components can impart. The seminar has several Power Integrations IC design and presents the various Switcher "Link Switch," "TopSwitch" and "TinySwitch" presented.
For the organization and realization of the seminar, the MEV Electronics as an official distributor Power Integrations agenda. "The MEV is always important to gain customers on the actual product out to offer. Another highlight of the participants could practice with a partial offer, where a number of practical cases such as EMC measurements were carried out. Since the seminar was held at Phoenix Testlab, it was these practical part as well able to integrate all the necessary facilities are on site anyway. The seminar was already fully booked in advance and further seminars are planned. A succession futures already exist.
